The Makeup Products Celebrities Trusted For Their Wedding Days

While red carpet beauty for many of Hollywood's biggest names is a time to be daring and adventurous, their wedding days prove to signify their signature styles - from Meghan Markle's glowy complexion to Poppy Delevingne's stunning bronzed smokey eye. And much like the red carpet, many of these stars entrust their friends/the world's most accomplished makeup artists for their big day.

Lucky for us, many of those tasked with the job take to Instagram and other platforms to share exactly how they did it (and all the products involved). Surprisingly, many celebs turn to their tried-and-true products, including everything from an affordable lip balm to a cult foundation.

Meghan Markle

When your wedding is televised for the world to see (with 1.9 billion people tuning in!) you're going to want to trust your go-to products. Such is the case for Meghan Markle, who tasked friend Daniel Martin with her wedding day makeup. The hero for the stunning look was the base, as Martin says, using Dior Backstage Face and Body foundation and Honest Beauty (Jessica Alba's beauty brand). "I focused on bringing out her best self and elevating it to a level", he told Glamour.

Kaley Cuoco

Makeup artist Jamie Greenberg was behind Big Bang Theory star Kaley Cuoco's wedding day makeup, sharing a full how-to with People. It featured Cover FX products, along with Burt's Bees and a brow product from Anastasia Beverly Hills. In an Instagram from the prep, Greenberg also shared that Kaley prepped her face with skyn's firming eye gels. “We wanted a natural true Kaley to shine through with this look," she said.

We fell in love with Anna Heinrich and Tim Robards on The Bachelor, and their Italian wedding looked straight out of a fairytale. Heinrich, who is currently expecting her first child, chose a chic ponytail for her wedding hairstyle and a daring smokey eye. For her wedding to Brad Falchuk, it's unsurprising that Goop founder Gwyneth Paltrow turned to her Goop skincare for the special occasion. Entrusting A-list makeup artist Gucci Westman for her fresh-faced bridal makeup, we got an inside glimpse into the products she used, and a step-by-step guide. Westman used Goop's Revitalising Day Moisturiser and the Enriching Face Oil, and Westman Atelier's Super Loaded Tinted Highlight to create her rosy glow.

Poppy Delevigne had none other than Charlotte Tilbury in charge of her wedding day makeup. "It was all about the eyes," Tilbury told Martha Stewart Weddings. The makeup artist used her Luxury Palette in The Dolce Vita and finished with the Colour Chameleon eyeliner in Amber Haze.

"It lasts 14 hours and can withstand all-night dancing," Tilbury said.

Miranda Kerr

Miranda Kerr chose to stick to her signature natural, glowy style for her wedding to Evan Spiegel. The Australian model shared her routine with Vogue, where she revealed the exact products behind her stunning wedding day look - including the Kora Organics Noni Glow oil. Kerr also chose Japanese brand Suqqu’s lightweight foundation for her base and the RMS “Un” Cover-Up concealer.
