For the past few days, our Instagram feeds have been flooded with what seemed like an endless amount of 2019 ‘highlight’ reels. Just when we thought we had met our quota, along came the Duke and Duchess of Sussex with perhaps, the most adorable New Year’s reflection video of all time. The winning factor? Baby Archie of course!

Meghan and Harry have been taking a break from official royal duties over the holiday period, choosing to spend some “private family time” in Canada with Meghan’s mother, Doria. Despite this, the couple still had some time to put together the short Instagram video, featuring a new photo of Harry and his seven-month-old son, Archie Harrison.
The two can be seen smiling at each other, with Archie donning a gorgeous grey beanie and a brown puffer jacket. To finish off his look, he’s even wearing a pair of tiny UGG boots that were gifted to the duke and duchess by Sir Peter Cosgrove during their visit to Australia in 2018!
Although it hasn’t been confirmed, we’re assuming the precious snap was taken against the backdrop of Vancouver Island, where the family has reportedly taken up residence at an incredible waterfront property.
In addition to the never-before-seen photo, we also got a look at some new pictures from Archie’s christening, as well as some from the young royals first tour with his parents to South Africa.
Meghan and Harry are known for their candidness, this year releasing a family Christmas card which, was much less traditional than Will and Kate’s. We’re hoping this is just the beginning of more adorable snaps we’ll get to see of the family of three.
